Andrea Martin
Jon Garnett is an experienced real estate investor, with over 100 flips in the highly sought after Southern California market, as well as rehabs in markets across the US. Jon is currently a Speaker/Trainer, providing education on real estate investing with Kingdom 320 and Lifesurge. This privilege provides the means for him to pursue his passion of helping others succeed in real estate and life.
Jon earned his speaking experience when he was recruited in 2016 by a national real estate education company to teach their incoming students, traveling to 38 states to speak on behalf of the company. He taught students how to locate, evaluate and make offers on property. Jon is experienced in general contracting, welding, carpentry, project development and project management.
Jon is a fifth generation farmer and rancher. Prior to real estate, Jon ran his families farm and commercial cattle operation in the Texas panhandle. He is a father of 7, grandfather of 6, with 2 additions in the pipeline. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing and building firearms.

Andrea Martin is an Austin native and has been in real estate for over 24 years, starting out as a Realtor at a boutique firm specializing in high end properties. She has since gained experience with first time homeowners, investors and commercial real estate. She has held investment property since 2004 and became a full time investor in 2010. Since 2010, she has completed flips, renovated and held vacation rentals, developed multi-family from raw land and managed her rental properties. Andrea was recruited in 2016 to coach real estate investors with a National company.
Her passion project is saving bungalows from demolition and the landfill, so she has relocated several and breathed new life into the homes.
When not immersed in real estate, she likes creating from raw materials, dancing, live music, paddleboarding, traveling and most of all, spending time with her 4 awesome kids.
